Fix an AI-Built App
If most of your app was written with AI tools like Cursor, Lovable, Bolt or Claude Code and it's now slow, insecure or scary to change, I review it, fix what's dangerous first, and leave it in a state a developer can keep building on.
How it works
For apps that work in the demo and break in production.
What's included
- Security & secrets review
- Architecture review
- Bug fixes & refactoring
- Tests on critical paths
- Handover notes
Who it's for Founders who vibe coded their way to a working product (a perfectly good way to start) and now have real users, real data and a codebase nobody fully understands.
How it works
- Review first. A written report covering exposed secrets, missing access checks, data that could be lost, and the code most likely to break next, ranked by risk and in plain English.
- Fix the dangerous things. Security and data problems before anything cosmetic.
- Make it safe to change. Tests around the flows that make you money, and the worst tangles untangled.
- Hand over. Notes on how it fits together, so you or the next developer aren't guessing.
Why me I use AI coding agents every day and review their output the way I'd review a teammate's pull request. I built baseline-skills, an open-source set of skills that gives AI coding agents a security baseline, because the same mistakes kept showing up.
Not a fit if You want a rewrite by default. Most AI-built apps need targeted fixes, not a restart.
Let's build the right thing
Tell me what you're building, or what's slowing your team down. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what I'd do first.
