Build the First Version
A new product or an internal tool, taken from idea to working software real people use. We decide together what launch needs, then I build it end to end.
How it works
For founders and teams who need working software, not a prototype.
What's included
- Scope & architecture
- Web app, end to end
- Auth & payments
- Deploy & monitoring
- Handover docs
Who it's for Founders with a product idea and no one to build it. Or a team running an important process on spreadsheets, email and chat messages, ready for a proper tool.
How it works
- A call about how the work happens today. Not a feature list: what people do now, where it breaks, and what would make them switch.
- A written scope. What's in the first version, what waits, and the one thing the software must never do (lose data, show a wrong number, leak a customer's files). That rule shapes the architecture.
- Build in weekly slices. You see working software every week, not a big reveal at the end.
- Launch and handover. Deployed, monitored, documented, and in a repository you own.
What you get
- A web app in Next.js with a Python or Node backend (Django, FastAPI or NestJS)
- Sign-up, roles and payments where you need them
- Error tracking and basic analytics from day one
- Code another developer can pick up
Good to know I build for the web first. If you need a mobile app from day one, say so early: I ship iOS and Android apps with Capacitor, or React Native when the app needs it.

Let's build the right thing
Tell me what you're building, or what's slowing your team down. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what I'd do first.
